*Try these standards cold. It's important to test your skills without warming up.

Order of Operations:

• 7 yds - 3 rounds, slide lock reload, 3 rounds - Par: 4.5s

• 7 yds - 2 rounds strong-hand, transition hands, 2 rounds support-hand - Par: 4.5s

• 7 yds - 1 round in head box A-zone - Par: 1.5s
